Rain Changing to Snow

A winter weather advisory in effect from 1 pm Sunday to 1 am Monday for Doniphan, Atchison(KS), Nodaway, Worth, Gentry, Harrison, Holt and Andrew counties.
Overnight, we're looking at more rain showers & clouds in the area. These clouds will help keep temperatures warm as they reach a low near 40s.
Tomorrow will be wet and breezy. Temperatures will start off near 40, and then drop to freezing by the afternoon. This will be enough for NW Missouri's precip to start as rain before transitioning to snow. Heavier snow amounts will be concentrated in far NW Missouri and NE Kansas. Along with this snowfall, a chilly NW wind will pump in at gusts upwards of 30 mph.
