(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Snow began falling in St. Joseph a few hours before sunrise.

Around 7am, with winds in excess of 20mph, the snow picked up quite a bit, resulting in nearly 3-4" of snow just this morning.

We should continue to see snow fall during the day Tuesday, with the snowfall slacking off quite a bit in the afternoon.

Some light snow is possible overnight.

The rest of the week looks quite cold, with temperatures near the freezing mark, and well below average.
