Dixie Lee Fisher, 72, Winston, passed away on February 24, 2013 at her home.
Dixie was born on October 12, 1940 in Jameson, Missouri to Robert and Analiza (Van Dyke) Eaton.
She was a graduate of Jameson High School. Dixie was an assembly worker for Stride Rite, Lambert Hat and Ford Motor Company.
On December 31, 1959, Dixie married Alfred Fisher, Sr. in Gallatin, MO.
Dixie was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Tillie Fisher.
She was a member of the Winston Baptist Church, Winston.
Survivors: Husband, Alfred of the home; daughter, Cindy (Bill) Ball, Winston; 2 sons, Alfred Jr. (Peggy) Fisher, Clarksdale, MO, Michael (Tricia) Fisher, Winston, MO; 2 brothers, Marvin (Arvella) Eaton, Winston, Robert (Debbie) Eaton, St. Joseph, MO; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
Services: 2:00PM, Friday, March 1, 2013 at Stroup-Thompson Funeral Home, Winston. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM, Thursday evening at the funeral home. Burial: Winston Cemetery, Winston, MO. Memorial Donations to the Shriner's Crippled Children Fund.
