Oren Lee Grimes, 51, St. Joseph, MO

Oren Lee Grimes, 51, St. Joseph, Missouri, formerly of Gallatin, Mo., passed away at his residence on June 27, 2010.
He had previously worked at the Stride Rite Shoe Factory in Hamilton, Mo., and had worked for Urbana in St. Joseph.
Oren was born on December 7, 1958, in Chillicothe, Mo., to Edward Clayton and Geneva L. Phillips Grimes. He had been a 1977 graduate of the Gallatin High School and had attended college at Trenton Junior College, Trenton.
Oren was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Eddie Grimes.
Survivors: Sisters, Sandra (Ron) Harlow, Kearney, Mo.; Mary (Dewayne) Leer, St. Joseph; and Rose (Randy) Runyan, Lawson, Mo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The body has been cremated. Arrangements: Brown Funeral Home, Cameron, Mo.
