Vincent Lee (Joe) Reser, 48, of Reserve, KS

Vincent Lee “Joe” Reser, 48, of Reserve, was found dead of natural causes at his apartment, Tuesday afternoon, June 7, 2010.

Vince was born July 25, 1961, at Topeka, the son of William D. and Burdina Vaughn Foster Reser.

Vince worked as a mechanic and in auto body/fender repair most of his life.  Most recently, he worked in maintenance for Sac and Fox Tribe, doing odds and ends of repair work on housing units and tribal buildings.

Vince was an Iowa Tribal Member.

Survivors include four children:  Dustin of Hastings, Nebraska, Holly Ivey, Sonny Ivey, both of Troy, Christina Ivey of Lawrence; his father William Reser, Sr. of Topeka; a brother William Reser, Jr. of Osawatomie; and a number of other family members.

He was preceded in death by his mother; and a brother John Reser.

The body has been cremated with memorial services graveside services and inurnment planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, June 19, at the Tesson Cemetery, on the Iowa Reservation east of White Cloud.  Dinner will follow services at the George Ogden Building north of the White Cloud Casino.
