Nannie Lee Davis, 81, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in a Saint Joseph, MO hospital.
She was born May 5, 1931 in DeKalb, MO, daughter of Ruby and Samuel Davis. She graduated from nursing school and was a Registered Nurse. She worked at the Teamsters Union as a secretary for many years. She was a member and sang in the church choir of the Francis Street First United Methodist Church.
Nannie was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include a brother, Bob (Carol) Davis; a cousin, Florence Pitts of Kansas City, MO and a great-nephew, Keith Brumley of Kansas City, MO. A Graveside Funeral Service and Interment will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 15, at the Westlawn Cemetery, with Dr. Susan Ventura officiating.
