David L. Haskey, 69, Savannah, MO

David L. Haskey, 69, of Savannah, passed away, Thursday, February 21, 2013 at his home.

He was born on November 4, 1943 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Lawrence and Evelyn (Wertin) Haskey. They both preceded him in death.

Dave graduated from Christian Brothers High School in 1961. He also attended Northwest Missouri State College. Dave served in the Army from 1966 to 1968, and retired from the State of Missouri in 2007.

Surviving family includes his sister, Martha (David) Bullimore, St. Joseph; nephews, Steve Bullimore, Fort Lewis, Washington; and John Bullimore, St. Joseph; nieces, Deb (Ken) Gilbert, Independence, Missouri; Amy, (Tim) Todd, St. Joseph; and cousin, Judy Sheehan, St. Joseph.

Mass of Christian Burial 1:00 PM Monday, February 25, 2013 at Horigan Chapel.
Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon to 12:30 PM on Monday at Horigan Chapel.

Rosary 12:30 PM Monday at Horigan Chapel.

The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church or St. Francis House of Bread.
