(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) The Missouri Western baseball team will have to wait at least two more weeks for its first home baseball game of the season.

The Griffons were scheduled to host Fort Hays State on Tuesday, but the threat of a snowstorm in the area forced officials to postpone the game.

No make-up date has been set.

Missouri Western planned to play Southwest Baptist in a three-game series last weekend, but snow moving through the area forced the game to be cancelled.

The Griffs are currently on a three-game win streak, and are 4-3 on the season.

They are scheduled to play a three game set in Kirksville against Truman State March 2nd and 3rd, followed by a home doubleheader at the Spring Sports Complex March 6th.
