A Midland Empire Man Will Fight Child Sex Charges

A 41-year-old Midland Empire man will fight child sex charges. Donald Axtell pleaded not guilty today to statutory rape. Buchanan County prosecutors accuse Axtell of having sex with a minor under 14 during a three-month period in 1999. Axtell will head back to court on August 18.
