Jury Tries Third Man in Double-Homicide Case

A jury hears opening statements and police testimony in a St. Joseph double-homicide trial. Kenderal Rogers is charged with the 2004 murders of Danny Watson, Jr. and Dawn Thornton. Two others in the case have alread been sentenced to life in prison for their roles in the murders. Trial will begin again tomorrow at 9 a.m. in Judge Dan Kellogg`s court in the Buchanan County Courthouse.
