Witnesses tell police Munger had a green light. Both james Klesath and his 75-year-old wife Viola Klesath were taken by ambulance to Heartland. James Klesath later died of his injuries. Viola Klesath remains in critical condition. Munger suffered minor injuries but refused treatment. At this time, no citations or charges have been filed.
