A Midland Empire widow says her husband`s killer got exactly what he deserves. The maximum sentence for involuntary manslaughter. Twenty-five-year-old Moises Garcia was sentenced to seven years in prison today for driving drunk and crashing into and killing 23-year old Michael Dudeck. Police say Garcia crossed the center line on Highway 59 and slammed into Dudeck`s car last november. Judge Patrick Robb says his decision was based on Garcia`s three prior driving while intoxicated convictions and the fact that Garcia had an open container at the time of the crash. Dudeck is survived by his wife and two kids.
