Stir-Fried Cabbage

Serves 4-6
All you need:
1 head cabbage, washed and shredded
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Sea salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Vinegar, to taste
All you do:
1. Heat oil in skillet or wok until hot.
2. Add shredded cabbage to hot oil. Turn heat to medium and stir-fry cabbage for 2-3 minutes.
3. Season with salt, pepper and a little vinegar. Stir constantly until tender-crisp.
