(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) A strong low pressure and cold front continues to bring rain and snow to areas to our east and north.

That low is circulating cloud cover and strong winds into our region; these are conditions that will make it very cold and dreary early on this week.

For Monday, we'll have wind chills in the teens and 20s all day long and a high that will barely get above freezing.

By Wednesday, and certainly by Thursday, the sun will be back out and warming should finally begin.

By the end of the week, expect temperatures in the 60s and plenty of sunshine.
