Ellen (Gibson) Marsh, 98, of Troy, Kansas passed away Friday, March 1, 2013.
Ellen was born on May 19, 1914 in Sparks, Kansas to Allen Monroe and Rena (Mooney) Gibson. She lived all of her life in Doniphan County, Kansas.
She was a member of the former Christian Church of Sparks. Ellen worked for Noma Lites for 17 years & the Methodist Hospital for 8 years.
Ellen married Daniel R. Marsh in Oklahoma in 1971. He preceded her in death on August 17, 1989. She was also preceded by her parents, brothers; John, Jake, Robert & Lawrence Edmond Gibson.
Survivors include: sister, Laura Billups of Troy, Kansas brother, Charles William "Bill" (Jean) Gibson of Horton, Kansas and a host nieces, nephews, cousins
GRAVESIDE: 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 4, 2013 at: Iola Cemetery in Sparks, Kansas. Visitation: family will receive friends 12:30 to 1:30 Monday at the Harman Rohde Funeral Home in Troy, Kansas. Friends may call after 12noon Sunday. Memorials: Pioneer Center of Troy, Kansas
