Shannon Marie Troutman 34, of Saint Joseph, Missouri passed away Monday February 25, 2013 at a hospital in St. Joseph.
She was born January 1, 1979 in St. Joseph, Missouri daughter of Carol & Norman Williams Sr. She was a member of the Mormon Church.
Shannon was preceded in death by her father, a brother, Richard C. Painter and a sister, Sherry Lee Painter. She is survived by her mother Carol Sue Williams of St. Joseph, a daughter, Mercedes Marie Troutman, and a son, Joseph Purvis, several nieces & nephews, two brothers, Norman Williams Jr. of Wahpeton, ND, and Bart Painter of St. Joseph, MO and two sisters, Candace Painter of Saint Joseph, MO and Lisa Moser of Saint Joseph, MO.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date. She has been cremated under the direction of the Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the Shannon Troutman Memorial Fund in care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
