Helen Lucille Pettlon, 91, Maryville, Missouri died on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at her home.
Helen was born October 3, 1921in Filley, Nebraska. Her Parents were Basil Henry "Bill" and Zelma (Robey) Auffert.
She was a graduate of Conception High School, Conception, Missouri.
Helen was united in marriage to Norman Andrew Pettlon,Sr. on April 22, 1944 in Wichita, Kansas. He preceded her in death on January 31, 2002.
Others preceding her in death were her parents, and two brothers F.E "Bud" and Ervin Auffert.
Helen loved playing bridge and was an avid golfer both at the Country Clubs in Maryville and Bedford. Helen was of the Catholic Faith.
Her survivors include five sons, Norman (Dina) Pettlon, Jr., Flower Mound, Texas, Stephen and Richard (Geri) Pettlon, both of Gladstone, Missouri, Kenneth (Barbara) and Fred Pettlon, both of Maryville, Missouri; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mrs. Pettlon's body has been cremated and a private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be given to St. Francis Hospice, Maryville.
