She was born August 18, 1955 to Robert and Barbara Deal in St. Joseph, Missouri, where she has lived all her life.
Nancy graduated from Central High School in 1973.
She was in the banking business from 1973-1982 and worked at Weyerhauser Paper Company from 1982-1988. She broke and trained Quarter Horses till 1989.
Nancy started her career in Real Estate at Coldwell Banker General Properties on December 7, 1987, where she worked until her passing. Nancy was recognized as the #1 agent for over 19 years and in 1996 was honored by the St. Joseph Regional Association of Realtors as the Agent of the Year. She enjoyed a reputation for being a knowledgeable and professional Realtor. She served her customers for years as the Nanny R Team, which consisted of her daughter Bobbi Howe and Kathleen Saulan. She was extremely loyal and loved her Coldwell Banker family. She was widely respected and will be missed by her many friends throughout the St. Joseph real estate community.
She loved her career of helping people, and enjoyed her horses and pets, especially her dog CeBe, who people often mistook for the Coldwell Banker Dog.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors: husband; Darrell Cluck; daughter, Bobbi Jo Howe (Ryan), St. Joseph, Missouri; brothers, Dennis "Deno" (Lisa), Savannah, Missouri, Mike (Judi),Loveland, Colorado, and Gregory "Butch" Deal (Mitzi), Loveland, Colorado; mother, Barbie Jo Deal, Savannah, Missouri; one grandchild, Alexander Jameson Howe; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: 3:00 P.M. Friday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
