Helen Carol (Zeltwanger) Henry, 92, of St. Joseph died Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at a local nursing home.
Helen was born on October 11, 1920 in Troy, Kansas to Albert and Ruby (Lloyd) Zeltwanger. She retired from KU Medical Center in 1972 as a surgical tech.
Helen was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in St. Joseph.
She married Claude Henry on February 14, 1972. He preceded her in death, as well as her parents, 2 brothers; Edwin and Arthur Zeltwanger.
Survivors include; 2 brothers; Ernest and William (Nola) Zeltwanger of St. Joseph, Missouri; 5 sisters; Norma Briggs, Luella Briggs, Shirley Morris all of St.Joseph, Missouri; Elaine (Bernard) Walter of Wathena, Kansas; Darlene (Robert) Gawatz of Kansas City, Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
FUNERAL: Saturday, February 2, 2013 - 11:00 A.M. at: St. Paul Lutheran Church in St. Joseph, Missouri. Burial: Ashland Cemetery in St. Joseph, Missouri. Visitation; family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the funeral at the church.
