Laura was born on November 29, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri to Ollie D. and Jo Vita (Chavez) Bell, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law, Norman Teeter.
Laura was a 1975 graduate of Center High School, Kansas City, MO.
On June 12, 1981, Laura married Kevin Teeter in Odessa, TX.
Laura was a claims processor for Cameron Insurance Company and also worked for MHM at WMCC.
She was a member of the ROC Fellowship Church and the GNO Group.
Survivors: Husband, Kevin Teeter, Osborn; daughter, Kacy Teeter, Osborn; step-son, Kevin Teeter, Jr., Topeka, KS; Twin brother, Lawrence Bell, Cameron; brother, Steven (Dianna) Bell, Osborn; mother-in-law, Barbara Teeter, Stewartsville, MO; friend, Joyce (John) Baumholser, Odessa, TX.
Services: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM, Monday evening at the funeral home. Burial: Stewartsville Cemetery, Stewartsville, MO. Memorial Fund: Roc Fellowship Church.
