MaryAnn was born on June 8, 1935, in St. Joseph, MO to Lawrence J. and Dorothy A. (Dubowsky) Wisneski, who preceded her in death. She was a 1953 graduate of Convent of the Sacred Heart and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She was a member of St. Anne's Altar Society where she was a member of the sewing and quilting group. MaryAnn was a seamstress, artist and gifted crafter
MaryAnn wed Orville J. Minnis in 1955. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include her son, Lawrence M. Minnis, Mission Viejo, CA; daughters, June M. Stancliff, St. Joseph, MO, Barbara K. Wolff, Newton, Iowa, five grandchildren, Nathan & Rachel Stancliff, Andrew Minnis and Chris and Laura Wolff.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery, St. Joseph, MO.
Visitation will begin after 12:00 noon Friday at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Rosary 6:00 p.m. Friday at the Chapel. The family will receive friends following the Rosary until 8:00 p.m.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Francis House of Bread.
