Linda J. (Thomas) Waters, 64 of St. Joseph, former long-time resident of Albany, Missouri, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at her home.
Linda was employed by SSM Homehealth in Maryville, Missouri for many years before retiring.
Linda was born on December 14, 1948 in Bethany, Missouri to Delbert and Betty (Eisenbarger) Thomas. Linda was preceded in death by her mother, daughter, Sherry Osborn, and grandson, Anthony Welton.
Surviving family includes her father, Delbert Thomas, of the home, sons, Thomas Waters, St. Joseph, Travis (Kezia) Osborn, of Stanberry, Missouri; Gerald (Stacey) Osborn, of Marshall, Missouri; daughter, Rhonda (Steven) Swires, Gans, Oklahoma; three grandsons, three granddaughters and three great-grandchildren.
Services 1:00 PM Wednesday at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.
Interment Kidwell Cemetery, Martinsville, Missouri.
Visitation will begin after 12:00 Noon Tuesday at our chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday evening.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
