Karl Montemayor 53, of Saint Joseph, Missouri, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013 in Saint Joseph, MO.
He was born March 14, 1959 in St. Joseph, MO, son of Wilma and Albert Montemayor. He worked at the D&G Restaurant for 32 years until it's closing and then at 36th Street Restaurant his last two years.
Karl was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two daughters, Laura (Scott) Combs and Jamie Turpin, two granddaughters, three brothers, Keith Montemayor, John (Ling) Montemayor and Ted (Connie) Montemayor; four sisters, Barbara (Floyd) Hawkins, Jolene Edwards, Karen (Gary) Dydell and Judy Plymell and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Montemayer has been cremated under the direction of the Rupp Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
