(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Winter 2012-2013 has been pretty chilly in northwest Missouri.

Now, we're rewarded for our perseverance, and should temperatures warm up nicely as we progress through the work week.

Monday's high should get into the mid 40s (with some areas flirting with the 50s) in the afternoon.

Tuesday and Wednesday both have good chances of coming with low 50s for high temps.

By Wednesday night and Thursday during the day, a low pressure passes us by and brings our next chance for rain.
