Trenton Soldier Selected for Rappel Mission at All-American Bowl

(TRENTON, Mo.) A northwest Missouri soldier has a unique mission ahead.
Sgt. Brandon Faubion from Trenton will be rappelling at the U.S. Army's All-American Bowl to deliver the game ball.
Faubion is a member of the Air Assault Rappel Demonstration Team.
The 23-year-old will be performing the role of safety for his four-man team at the Alamodome during the rappel.
The Trenton High School graduate says he never expected an opportunity like this.
"It's huge to me. I never would've imagined in high school as a freshman I would be here at the Alamo Dome getting interviewed to share my experiences from what I've done," said Sgt. Faubion.
Faubion's team will rappel before the All-American Bowl on Saturday at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
Faubion is currently stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
