She was born March 10, 1932 in Stewartsville, MO, daughter of Dorothy and Ervin Dalby. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and fishing and collecting Owl figurines. Millie was a member of the King Hill Baptist Church.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Floyd "Jack" Caselman, a daughter, Peggie West, three brothers, Jack, Charles and Bobby Dalby. Survivors include her son, Randy Joe Caselman of St. Joseph, two daughters, Jackulin (Ivan) Wells of De Kalb, MO and Dot Tarantino of Kansas City, MO, six grandchildren, Cody Wells, Megan & Steve Brace, Charley Wells, Casey Wells, Maddie West and Jessica Tarantino, a brother, Dale (Roxanne) Dalby of St. Joseph, two sisters, Anna Cheney, Nora Bartram and a sister-in-law, Virgie Dalby, 6 great grandchildren and a son in law Marvin West.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 22 at the Rupp Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Dixon officiating, The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery . Memorials are requested to the American Cancer Society.
