Edward "Buddy" Joseph Bullmaster, 87, Saint Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, December 10, 2012 at a local hospital.
Edward was born February 21, 1925 in Saint Joseph to Edward Julius and Mary Catherine (Tracy) Bullmaster.
Edward was a painter for GA Thompson, retiring after 37 years. He married Beverley Sutton on May 14, 1949, she survives of the home.
Edward was a member of Saint Patrick Catholic Church and belonged to Local #98 Painters Union.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Maxine Baldwin; and grandson, Brian Crouse.
Additional survivors include daughters, DiAnne (Art) Crouse, Easton, Missouri, Debbie (Gary) Smith; and son, Edward (Kip) Bullmaster, both of Saint Joseph; five grandchildren, Christi, Eddie, Bethany, Kim, Brandon; eight great-grandchildren, Bailey, Emily, Reece, Katelyn, Eddie, Oliver, Macy and Tyler.
Prayer Service 1 pm Thursday at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Visitation will begin after 1 pm Wednesday at our Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday evening. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Meals on Wheels at Inter-Serve.
