Brian Carl Willis, 33, of Platte City, MO, passed away at North Kansas City Hospital on Friday, December 7, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his Wife, Adriana Mielewski, grandparents, Frank Willis and Carl and Cliffie Goodin. He is survived by: His Parents Ed and Rusanne Willis of the home, Brother Eddie R. Willis(Christina) of Platte City, MO, Sister Kelli A. Hendee(Nathan) of Platte City, MO, Paternal Grandmother Catherine Willis, of North Kansas City, MO, Nieces and Nephews Carson, Braden, Jaiden, Reese, Regan, Step- niece and nephew Gabby and Dominic.
Brian was a life long resident of Platte City and graduated from Platte County High School in 1997. He married Adriana Mielewski on May 15, 1999 in Platte City, MO. He worked as the Co-owner/ Operator of the M&M Seamless guttering company. He was a member of the Jericho Missionary Baptist Church, Independence, MO. Brian was saved at the age of 11 in the Charity Missionary Baptist Church in Independence, MO. He Loved going to church, he also enjoyed Baseball, Fishing and hunting.
A visitation will be held 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 10, 2012, at Rollins Funeral Home, in Platte City. A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at the Rollins Funeral Home, in Platte City, Graveside service to follow at the Platte City Cemetery. In lieu of flower, the family suggest contributions be given to: Brain Injury Association of America.
