Opal was born on May 28, 1923.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell E. Porter.
Survivors: 4 daughters, Peggy Brimer, Atkins, AR, Jan (Jim) Grigsby, Ethel, MO, Dena Utt (Jim Marcum), Savannah, MO and Martie Jones, Cameron; son, Tony (Patty) Porter, McFall, MO; sister, Beverly Kincaid, Independence, MO; 2 grandchildren, Chad Utt and Ashley Jones, Cameron.
Ms. Porter has been cremated under the direction of Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Online condolences: www.polandthompson.com.
