Alan Lee Schluter, age 59, Maryville, Missouri, died Monday, November 19, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri.
Alan was born May 23, 1953 in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of the late Harold Raymond and Betty Lou (Rahe) Schluter.
October 17, 1980 he was united in marriage to Theresa Nannett Thompson in Maryville.
Alan was a graduate of Hopkins High School, Hopkins, Missouri. He owned A.T. and Sons Construction and Builders since 1986.
Survivors include his wife, Theresa Schluter of the home; two sons, Thomas Schluter, St. Joseph, Missouri, Harold (Tiffany) Schluter, Wheaton, Maryland; five grandchildren, Jordan and Devyn Johnson, Dontay and Emma Schluter, and Damian Johnson; four brothers, Bill (Mel) Schluter, Maryville, Keith (Tiffany) Schluter, Hopkins, Doug (Sandy) Schluter, Maryville, Ricky Schluter, Hopkins; two sisters, Sharon (Terry) Poppa, Maryville, Gloria (Jack) Lawrance, Springfield, Tennessee.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 25, 2012 from 2-4 PM at the Price Funeral Home, Maryville. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM, Monday, November 26 at the funeral home. Mr. Schluter will be cremated after the services. Inurnment will be at a later date.
