Larry Gene Woods 51, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away unexpectly Wednesday October 3, 2012 at his home.
He was born November 10, 1960 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He graduated from Central high school, class of 1979. He worked at Bob Evans as a prep cook. He served in the Missouri Air Guard Reserves after high school. He enjoyed Nascar, especially Jeff Gordon and the Indianapolis Colts.
Larry was preceded in death by his mother, Charlene Coulter, paternal grandparents, Clyde and Ruby Woods, and maternal grandparents John and Blondelle Heller. He is survived by his father Richard Woods, and wife Carolyn, twin brother - Gary Woods and wife Julie a brother - Rick Woods, and wife Cathy, all of St. Joseph, a sister - Tammy and husband Bobby Davis of Elwood, KS; 2 nephews - Tyler Woods, Desmond Davis; 3 nieces - Tiffanie Woods, Tarah Woods, and Meghan Huey.
The family will recieve friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Sunday at the Rupp Funeral Home. He has been cremated under the direction of the Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the American Diabetes Association.
