Charlotte E. Greer 72, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2012 in a Saint Joseph, MO hospital.
She was born August 15, 1940 in St. Joseph, MO, daughter of Opal and Alva Green. She attended Benton High School. She retired from South Belt K-Mart after many years of service she also owned and operated her own restaurant. She loved to shop and go camping, spend time with her grandchildren, and attend family gatherings. She was a Christian.
Charlotte was preceded in death by husband, Jack Greer, her parents, a son, Ted Angst and a brother, Ronald "Skeeter" Green. Survivors include, five daughters, Jodie (Kenneth) Johnson, Christy (Brandon) Sale all of Saint Joseph, MO, Carla (Gary) Dozier of Lowery City, MO, Judy Angst and Shirley Melton both of St. Joseph, MO, three sons, Terry Angst, Jackie Greer and Phil Greer all of St. Joseph, two brothers, David Green of St. Joseph, MO and Rex Green of Kansas City, MO twenty-three grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at the Rupp Funeral Home, with Rev. Scott Wineinger officiating, The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the King Hill Cemetery. Memorials are requested to a charity of the donors choice.
