(CAMERON, Mo.) Three people were found dead inside a home in Cameron Friday.
Cameron Police confirmed in a press conference Saturday morning that Robert Borchardt, 35, died in the home along with his two children; Chelsey, 9, and Tucker, 7.
Emergency crews responded to the home in the 100 block of East Fourth Street in Cameron Friday evening.
The ages and names of the victims have not been released by authorities.
Family and friends of the victims said 911 was called after a family member smelled smoke in the home.
After Cameron Police arrived, they found the home was filled with a smoke-like odor when they went inside.
