Teen Accused of Columbine Like Plot Granted Work Release

A judge allows a Platte City teen, accused of plotting a Columbine like attack, work release. Trevor Fattig, shown here in an earlier court appearance. Is allowed to leave his home for work purposes only. Then he must return home and follow house arrest requirements. Fattig must contact the electronic monitoring company and inform them of his place of employment. Prosecutors say Fattig and a classmate, Sean Amos, plotted to kidnap the assistant principal and shoot him and other students during an assembly. Fattig will be back in court in August.
