Judge Rules on Fattig`s Request

A Platte County high school teen goes to back to court to ask for more leeway. Trevor Fattig is accused in a Columbine-like plot at his school. Fattig`s attorney today asked the judge to modify Fattig`s bond by taking him off electronic monitoring. The judge said no. Prosecutors say Fattig and a classmate, Sean Amos, plotted to kidnap the Assistant Principal and shoot him and other students during an assembly.
