One-hundred-fifty new jobs...that`s the promise of a new plant coming to Cameron. Case New Holland, an agriculture and construction equipment company, will be parking a five-hundred thousand square foot facility in the heart of Cameron. The company closed three plants in the Mid-West, including one in Kansas City, Kansas. They plan to combine all three in one central location. Cameron residents have high expectations for the company. Local business owner Jacquelyn Eagan says she`s ready to welcome Case New Holland to their neighborhood. "I`m really excited about it...it`s nice to have a new industry in that`s not government owned, it`s like a breath of fresh air," said Eagan. Business owners say bringing in a agricultural manufacturing company is good for a farming community.
