Comets of Arising Stars Earn National Honors

KQ2 introduced you to a group of second graders wanting to prove that the sky was the limit. The comets of Arising Stars took their routine on the road today, competing in the Mardi Gras National Cheer Competition in St. Louis. The 8-year-olds battled it out against 20 teams to be crowned the 2006 national champions for their age division. St. Louis marks the end of the season for the young cheerleaders.
