Blinde Arraignment, Enters Plea

A Midland Empire man, charged with abusing his fiance`s daughter, maintains his innocence with a formal not guilty plea. Joshua Blinde is charged with first-degree assault against two year old Ava Martinez. Blinde says the child accidentally fell off a counter top. Blinde is being held on $100,000 bond. He`s scheduled to be back in court May 18th at 9:00 a.m. for his trial status hearing.
