Woman Charged with Helping Husband Avoid Arrest in Kimmi Murder Case

According the the Nemaha County Prosecutor's office, Hollister helped her husband, Roger Hollister, "avoid arrest, trial, conviction or punishment" in the case.
Roger Hollister was convicted of Kimmi's murder in March of 2011.
Deputies with the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department arrested Rebecca Hollister at her home.
She is being held at the Atchison County Jail and is expected to appear in court Tuesday afternoon. Her bond has been set at $100,000.
The arrest follows an ongoing investigation by the Atchison County Sheriff's Department and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
