(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.)  One St. Joseph car dealership is going a little bit further than just getting people behind the wheel of a new car this holiday season.

Randy Reed Chevrolet is collecting coats this holiday season to donate to the less fortunate.

Coats of all sizes are being collected as well as other types of warm winter apparel.

"All sizes, any kind of coat, sweaters, hoodies, heavy coats, anything helps, gloves, scarves, whatever you got extra that you aren't using that are laying around in your closet that you don't think you are going to use anymore, we'll find a home for it," said Phil Regan, an employee at the dealership.

If you have a coat that you would be willing to donate, just drop it off at the dealership from
now until February.
