Her name is Kate and she is known as "the girl with the belly ache".
The food bank hopes that Kate will help shed light on food insecurity, and push people to get involved with helping people in need.
Second Harvest employee Rachel Graves hopes that people in the area come together and spread the movement.
"We're asking the region to collectively work together to adopt the belief that hunger isn't acceptable and as we move forward in this movement essentially what we are doing is expanding access to nutritious foods for everyone in our communities," Graves said.
The organization currently provides the community with an estimated one million pounds of food every month.
