YWCA Shelter in Desperate Need of Blankets, Towels, Pillows

(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) A St. Joseph agency is reaching out to the community for help as the weather turns colder.

The YWCA is in desperate need of new or good quality blankets, towels and pillows.

The items are needed for women and children that seek shelter at the YWCA. The shelter provides a safe haven for victims of abuse and their children.

Donations can be dropped off at the YWCA at 304 N. 8th Street between Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m or on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
