Students in the northwest marketing agency finished their projects recently after pitching their marketing ideas to Science City in Kansas City.
Four groups pitched different ideas targeting parents, scouts, and other groups to get kids involved in what the museum has to offer.
The students say, not only did they learn a lot about the marketing process, but they have a lot of new material for their resumes.
"Yeah, we didn't win, but I think it would be just getting that experience because I mean, not every school has a program like Knacktive," says Jasmine Black, a student with Knacktive.
"You know, it's quite the learning experience, and we can say that we did this, and you know, the other teams are still going to be implemented, you know, and so either way we came out winners," Keira Kessler, a student on the winning Knacktive team, Team Confido.
Knacktive faculty says, although only one team, team confido, won with their "Dream Big" campaign idea, those at science city want to use ideas from each of the teams.
