Green grabs third straight Silver Gloves Title

(St. Joseph, MO) 12-year-old Elijah Green joins the elite ranks of the National Silver Gloves boxing champions. He became the first Northwest Missouri-area youth boxer to win three consecutive Silver Gloves championship belts.
Green fought in the 12-13 year-old division.
St. Joseph native boxer Jason Redmond serves as Green's trainer at Metro Boxing Club in St. Joseph.
Green's next big competition is at the Junior Golden Gloves Tournament in Las Vegas in July.
