Barbara Clement, 85, Skidmore, Missouri, died Sunday, August 29, 2010, at Golden Living Center, Maryville, Missouri.
Barbara was born November 05, 1924, in Maitland, Missouri to late Orien J. and Esther C. Childers Patterson.
A graduate of Mound City Missouri High School class of 1942 and the University of Missouri class of 1946. She taught business in the Rock Port school system.
She married Jack Clement on March 6, 1948 in Shiloh Church of Maitland. He preceded her in death in 1991.
Barbara was a member of the Burr Oak United Methodist Church, Skidmore, Mound City and Skidmore bridge clubs, and PEO.
Others preceding her in death were her son Del Franklin Clement and a brother G.D. Patterson.
Survivors include:
Jesse (Joan) Clement, Hot Springs, AR, Greg (Kathi) Clement, Skidmore, MO, Royce (Misty) Clement, Maitland, MO, Scott (Leesa) Clement, Skidmore, MO, and a step daughter Roseann Taylor, Mound City, MO, numerous grandchildren, great grand children, neices and nephews.
Funeral Services will be Thursday September 2 at 11:00 am at Burr Oak Methodist Church, Skidmore, Missouri with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial in Burr Oak Cemetery, Skidmore, Missouri.
The family requests memorials be made to Burr Oak United Methodist Church Buillding Fund in lieu of flowers.
