A St. Joseph building has re-opened it's doors after it was devastated in a fire.  Em Chamas -- a Brazilian steak house -- located in the old Eshelman building, opened it's doors to customers for the first time Saturday night.  Nearly three hundred community members were invited for the restaurants debut. The building needed nearly 200 thousand dollars in renovations. The project was partially funded by federal stimulus money. Proceeds from Saturday’s VIP event benefit the Noyes Home.
