(LAWRENCE, Kan.) Just over two weeks removed from an embarrassing road loss in Fort Worth, Texas, No. 9 Kansas exacted emphatic revenge over TCU.

The Jayhawks won their third straight game Saturday with a 74-48 victory over the Horned Frogs. They remain in a tie for first place in the Big 12 with No. 13 Kansas State.

Kansas (23-4, 11-3) looked motivated to put away their second meeting with TCU early, outscoring the Horned Frogs 38-9 through the first half. That marks the fewest points ever given up in the first half of a conference game for the Jayhawks.

Jeff Withey led  Kansas with 18 points to go with six boards and three blocks. Ben McLemore added 14 points, while Travis Releford and Perry Ellis each poured in 12.
