Northwest Football Kicks Off Fall Practice

Northwest Missouri State Enters the 2007 Season the same way it entered the 2006 Season-- As the NCAA Division 2 National Runner-Up. The Bearcats return 8 offensive starters and 5 sefensive starters from last years team. A strong, deep defense propelled Northwest to a 14-1 record in 2006, This year, an established offense hopes to carry the load. "Were Confident," says Senior Tight End Mike Peterson. "Weve got so many guys back on offense. and with the defense being a bit younger, its time for us to step up."
