Mizzou Gets 8 Seed, Will Face Colorado State

(COLUMBIA, Mo.) The Missouri Tigers received the ninth seed in the Midwest Region in the 2013 NCAA Tournament, earning them a date with No. 8 seed Colorado State Thursday in Lexington, Kentucky.

Missouri finished the regular season 23-10, exiting in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament with a 64-62 loss to Ole Miss.  

Colorado State holds a 28-5 record after a nine-point semifinal defeat in the Mountain West Conference Tournament at the hands of UNLV.
