It happened on Grant Street in South St. Joseph. A woman inside the home noticed a glow in the closet. When she investigated further, she realized something was burning. That's when she and three others fled the home. They all made it out safely. However, the fire spread causing damage throughout the home. The St. Joseph Fire Department is investigating.
